Your first appointment will involve an initial consultation where we discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This session is also an opportunity for you to get to know your therapist and decide if it's the right fit for you.
Individual therapy sessions typically last between 50 to 60 minutes. Couples therapy sessions may last between 60 to 75 minutes. The length of neurofeedback and other specialized sessions may vary.

Yes, we offer neurofeedback and red light therapy among other specialized treatments. These therapies can be particularly effective for specific conditions and are integrated into your treatment plan as appropriate.
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
